When i attempted to return the item, I was changed for the return and they refused to refund the charge. It also took multiple contact attempts and two separate tickets before I was even able to get a response from them refusing to refund the return charge."

"Ordered a puffy coat last Tuesday. It is 7 days later and nothing shipped yet. Called yesterday and they said it should ship soon. 7+ days to ship time is rather excessive. I paid for faster shipping so I would have for elk hunt this coming Thursday, that's not happening. Disappointed , need to do better guys."
