"**Update, the owner retired and sold this shop. However, I would like to recommend Loyal Cycle in Farmington as a great alternative. I work downtown and typically ride single track on my lunch breaks. I've been to a few shops in the area and I've liked these guys the best. Whether I walk in my shirt in tie after being in the office, or in my gear just after a ride, I'm always treated well. My tune ups have all been great and you can ask these guys anything without getting arrogant superiority spin to it."

"I rented a Kona Precept from the folks at Wild Rose and had a great experience. The bike was well maintained and the service excellent. The front fork's lockout was a bit loose, so the mechanic, who knows his stuff, stopped what he was doing and added shock oil. Great LBS."

The staff was fantastic - very friendly and accommodating when I picked up the bike and returned it. they installed my pedals and set up the suspension. In addition, they had a wide variety of bikes to rent and the Kona I used was in terrific working condition. If I get back to the area, I will call these guys to reserve a bike as soon as I book my flight."

"I cannot say how great this place is. My absolute first choice in where I would take my bike to. Anything with my bike I would trust the staff with, and trust them not to rip me off in the process. Staff is friendly, knows what it is doing. If it is a simple fix, they just do it, no charge, you are out the door. Took my bike for a small gear fix issue and while Chuck worked on it, he noticed small things with my brake and seat position and just took care of it. When I have had questions about accessories, they have used the products and give honest and good recommendations. I would recommend them highly."
