I work downtown and typically ride single track on my lunch breaks. I've been to a few shops in the area and I've liked these guys the best. Whether I walk in my shirt in tie after being in the office, or in my gear just after a ride, I'm always treated well. My tune ups have all been great and you can ask these guys anything without getting arrogant superiority spin to it."

"I cannot say how great this place is. My absolute first choice in where I would take my bike to. Anything with my bike I would trust the staff with, and trust them not to rip me off in the process. Staff is friendly, knows what it is doing. If it is a simple fix, they just do it, no charge, you are out the door. Took my bike for a small gear fix issue and while Chuck worked on it, he noticed small things with my brake and seat position and just took care of it. When I have had questions about accessories, they have used the products and give honest and good recommendations. I would recommend them highly."
