Soccer Post Clearfield - Transitioning to New Management

"If your soccer club is ordering uniforms from Soccer Post just don't even waste your time. Seriously, just find a jersey and shorts and put your own numbers on them because the chances of getting your order in any decent time is slim. Chances of getting your order correct is even lower. We placed our order in July, finally got part of the order in November after the season. Still missing jerseys and a training jacket. I finally got some help after multiple emails and was told I could pickup the jacket in Clearfield. I drove up there and they didn't even have it and told me they don't have them at all (so they lied in the email.) They also wouldn't issue a refund for the jacket at that time and my email requests for a refund have gone unanswered. The other time I have seen it this bad is when I had to use Soccer Post last year with a different club. Two years in a row now that it has been awful. No idea how this store keeps getting custom business. Still waiting on two jerseys and have only received vague emails that "they are working on it" Update: I was told I would receive two missing jerseys in January. It's now February 2024 and we still don't have them......originally ordered in JULY of 2023!"

"I hate leaving bad reviews, but this whole experience with Soccer Post has been a joke and a huge waste of time and money. We ordered our kit for our club back in late July of 2023, and we are now in February of 2024 and still don’t have our complete kit. Some kids are missing jerseys, others shorts and jackets. For the price you pay, you should absolutely expect good products on time. What is the point of paying hundreds of dollars for a kit that was supposed to be used for fall of 2023, especially when we still don’t have everything. I saw a response to a negative comment talking about having to process 8,000 custom kits and it’s difficult to meet timelines. If that’s the case, it sounds like this company is in way over their heads and shouldn’t be in this business. Again, I’m not a big fan of leaving bad reviews, but this is beyond ridiculous."

"We ordered a backpack with our uniform in June, we are still waiting for the backpack and it is November. I have requested a refund and keep getting told the owner will call me, I have not received any communication. I would not recommend buying anything from this store, we are one of dozens still waiting for items from their kit."
