"I really like Maverick bc they are a local gas company and I want to support local businesses. My wife loves the Sobe on tap! This morning I got a Sobe for my gal and surprised her with a breakfast sandwich. I like the egg, bacon, cheese biscuit."

"Was a bakery manager for Maverick. I was never included on the interview or hiring process of my kitchen. The store Director had my employees doing theft prevention during some our busiest hours and would not send them back to the kitchen. I was harassed by other managers and employees as well, trying to get me out of there. I have two store employees and 3 customers who have witnessed said harassment and daily team correspondence with proof. Such a sad fact this was allowedI was so jazzed to be a part of Maverick. Also when I quit, The store director listed me as terminated. By the way there incompetent kitchen workers can't even update there daily date stickers. I have pictures of a 3 week old ham on there line."

"Polite staff. Products that I want are generally available. The store appears to be kept nice and neat. I haven't tried their Bonfire foods yet but I'm looking forward to giving their street tacos a try. Love pulled pork street tacos. They have really delicious hot chocolate. Great for a quick warm up after a walk in the cool weather. Location is accessible from the highway. Prices are generally fair. Decent sized store with public restrooms and outdoor dining available."
