"I recently purchased my second boat from Roger's Performance Marine and both of my experiences have been great. My first was early 2016 when I purchased a 2016 Lund Tyee 1900 and he personally delivered it from Hurricane to my house in Salt Lake City and I was thinking what great service. The great service didn't stop there and it continued to any questions I had or any accessories that i wanted he would jump on it and ship them directly to my house. This last year at the boat show in Salt Lake City I mentioned to him that I might want to upgrade to the next size and he and Roger both recommended what time to start the process if I wanted to do it. I pondered if i wanted to and had a few phone calls to Bailey and he was willing to look up pricing answer any questions that I had, but he wasn't pushing me to buy a new boat . Bailey gave me a call one day and asked if I was interested in selling my boat and if I was he had a person that would be interested in checking it out and i said sure. I ended up selling the boat and ordering my new one. I went through the options on the boat thinking what I would want and what would be practical, this time I had a lot of questions for Bailey and he was very responsive with the information and we placed the order. He kept me in the loop every day of the build with a text showing where it was at, when it shipped, and when it arrived at his shop. I opted to get a handful of custom options that weren't offered by lund and he worked all of those with shops that he knew we could trust, could deliver on time and sent me pictures daily on the progress. The day before I went to pick up the boat he had a picture of him waxing my new boat. When I arrived to pick up the boat everyone was polite, professional, organized and then the boat rolled out and wow it was amazing. All of the hard work that the people at RPM put into this boat showed. The fit and finish is second to none, they have talented people in the shop that are proud of what they do and it shows in the quality of work, attention to detail, and the usability of where they place the accessories. Bailey took us out on the lake we went through all of the boat, break in procedure, any tips that would make stuff easier, and gave me tips on where to fish on the lake. The two experiences I have had with Roger's Performance Marine have been exceptional and I will be a life long customer.
