"They don't answer their phones when you call to ask if they actually have certain items in stock, because they also don't keep their online store updated and half the time it will tell you something is in stock when it isn't. I called the general operator after letting the phone ring on the department I wanted for several minutes, explained to them that I had called the department and no one was over there, and without a single word the call disconnected as they transferred me back to the unmanned department so my call could ring for several more minutes. I'm really disappointed that they do this huge ridiculous hiring process to end up with the worst possible customer service. There's always a ton of people working in the store but apparently none for customer service."
