"WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I purchased their $175 "award winning" Ventus hoodie. I loved it. Wore it a few times around the house before I noticed a pin hole in the front left chest area. Clearly a manufacturer defect. THEY WONT EXCHANGE IT!! I've had it for 3 weeks!!! Instead they said they will send me tenacious tape to fix it!! What company does that? Charge a ton for a product but wont stand behind its quality? I even offered to exchange it and upgrade it to their more expensive Vario Jacket in my initial request..... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.... Complete frauds in my opinion Update: As you can see from the response from the owner, they are frauds. I never claimed it needs to be indestructable!! Its 3 weeks old. worn a few times around my house. Its either a piece of garbage product that has zero durability and over priced at $175. or its a manufacturers defect. I offered to even upgrade this and pay more for a vario jacket with an exchange. But you guys won't even honor an exchange within less than 30 days of purchase? I get better service from no name chinese companies on amazon!!"

"I’ve been using Outdoor Vitals gear for two years now. I enjoy this company a ton. They make solid gear for a good price. I picked up my backpacking pack from there. It saved me almost two pounds off my previous pack. It’s a great pack and that is super durable. I also have recently purchased a tent here. That tent is super rad! I was traveling and stopped in to the retail store. Nerissa greeted me and we had a great talk. I was able to look at their top quilts, Shadowlight pack, and Kota pack. Make sure to stop by on your next trip!"

"I got one of their light weight sleeping bags a few years ago and it's still holding up well even with two 150 pound dogs in my tent jumping all over. I'm going to upgrade to a -15 degree sleeping bag now. They're way better than the department store options."
