"When you go to the store to buy a product, the staff are great. However, and this is a big issue with me, the website leaves much to be desired. Unlike most websites I've used, it says call for a price, but when I call, nobody answers. I just wanted a price on lawn fertilizer, but since nobody answered, I'll just go to Ace Hardware or Walmart where I can see the prices on their website."
