"Contacted Grand Effects by email, they have been spot on with communication. I dealt with multiple people there through my purchase and everyone was very helpful and did what they said they would do. The order/shipment left earlier then they're quoted timeline, arrived very well packaged and nothing damaged because of good packaging. During installation i had requested digital instructions, they were delivered within the hour. I also had electricians call to ask about the remote switch/trigger and GE staff was excellent and gave them all the information. I was able to get the fire features installed with little headache because Grand Effects did all the heavy lifting from the beginning."

"Horrible customer service!!!! Grand Effects designed my linear fire pit. Because it is 12’ long, THEY recommended a custom build with two 6’ units connected in the middle for an even flame, which THEY designed AND fabricated. It was installed November 2016 and my pool contractor is STILL fighting with them 7 MONTHS later to send the proper sized system to make it work. It has never worked!!! Grand Effects have continued to blame my pool contractor's installation. He has modified and changed everything leading up to THEIR system. It STILL doesn’t work. In a last ditch effort, he was going to tear up my new lawn and install a larger supply line. Before doing that I recommended a temporary line above ground. The plumber had an even better idea….bypass Grand Effects system and connect directly to the flame assembly. Worked the way it was designed. Photos and Videos have been sent and STILL they refuse to send the proper sized system. We have proven it is the system THEY designed that is defective. VERY disappointing."
