"I returned items from my wedding registry to this location and was treated very poorly. I was nearly questioned if I stole the items and was asked personal details of the person who bought them for me, when in the past they have just looked it up from my registry. She did not offer me an e-gift card or physical card and instead automatically decided to mail me my gift card and i am over a week out and still have not recieved it. I will never recommend another bride to register here. Her associate ID is sdehart."

"No one greated me. I was ignored when I leaned down and lifted up an item with candles. Two associates placed separate items down where I was going to place my item back on the table and continued to fawn over a customer who was apparently more important. One of the associates stepped in my personal space with her back to me. My first thought of this female associate was amazement that someone would lack such self-awareness to step in my personal space and essentially elbow me away with her back to me. Secondly, I felt discriminated against. What they didn't know was that I was looking to buy a lot of furniture upwards of $10,000 since we lost everything from a house fire. 'Was' being the key word. Good luck with continuing to employ underdeveloped and biased employees in your business model."

"Ordered a duvet that has yet to come. It’s been over 2 weeks at this point and I’ve talked to multiple people, both in-store and on the phone with customer service and it seems to be an endless loop. I was told to file a claim with UPS for the obviously lost package, which I have, and still no luck. Pottery Barn has told me that until UPS completes their “investigation,” which can take up to an additional 10 business days, they won’t send a replacement. They also won’t expedite you a replacement either once and if it’s all said and done. Extremely unhelpful customer service when it all hits the fan, but they’re more than happy to take your money."

"Had a great experience here and both my wife and I were taken care of very well by Lori. She was very friendly and caring throughout the entire process from our first interaction, through multiple visits, and a consultation. She answered all of my questions and even though I was hesitant to go with a light colored couch, and my wife was deadset against having recliners in our living room, Lori was able to get me onboard with the fabric my wife was wanting for the couch, and she even found me a couple of swivel leather recliners that my wife was on board with! Everyone was happy and even though I spent more than I was planning to going in, I'm looking forward to getting our new furniture this fall. She was able to model our room and furniture layout on her computer so we could better decide which pieces we wanted and understand how they would fit. Will update review once furniture arrives with how that process goes. Thanks again Lori for making us feel so welcomed! My wife loved everything you suggested and felt you really listened to her and understood the style she was after."

"I’m extremely upset with my experience. I returned an item from my order because the lights were not working and just noticed I received the wrong refund amount for the wreath. I paid $59 + tax and I only received a refund of $34.25. Also I paid $17 in shipping for a Halloween doormat on September 12 and it wasn’t delivered until AFTER Halloween on November 9th. I feel like September 12th is a reasonable amount of time to arrive before Halloween. Also, the fact I paid $17 for shipping for it to not even arrive on time makes me livid. I would love to shop with pottery barn again but I can’t bring myself to do it again with how overpriced everything is and the customer service is horrible."
