"The employees at this location are definitely not interested in helping people they are more interested in the text messages on their phones it's difficult to get any help in any department except the appliance area they have 1 nice lady that cares about her job I can't remember her name but she is the manager of the department thank you for being helpful."

"I found a very highly rated microwave oven at a better price here than anywhere else, even on Amazon. My only frustration was that the store listed the item as "in stock" so I drove to Riverdale to purchase the microwave. Yes, it was in stock, but in the warehouse. Luckily, shipping only took 2 days. Shipping from Amazon for the same product was at least 11 days wait."

"Bad appliance delivery service. Best Buy said they'd place the fridge I bought in the room I wanted. The delivery driver wheeled it into my garage and left it there. I asked him to put it in the basement. He lied and said that costs extra. I told him to put the fridge back on the truck and return it. He said he'd come back to pick it up after the return processes and left it sitting in the middle of my wife's parking spot and left. After a couple calls to customer service, I have an appointment in A WEEK to move it to my basement. Well Done Best Buy. I should have just bought the same Insignia/Midea fridge from Lowes and spent a bit more money for better service."

"Had to return an item that was not compatible with my equipment. I mentioned this to the service rep and the first thing she did was made a snide joke about how it sucks that we have to do our own homework before we buy things. I am not offended by what she said, but I am offended that the professionalism that I expected from a Best Buy Customer Service rep was not there. Maybe some more training on how associates need to be professional working in their workplace, especially when dealing with a customer."

"I went to Best Buy twice in a two week period. The first time was to get the new phone we bought for me wife. The person who helped us was nice and helpful, it was a fine experience. The second time was to see a Geek Squad specialist to get a new battery in my cell phone. I had an appointment, and I even called the night before to ensure they had my battery in stock. I was told they did. I arrived on time for my appointment, and the person who helped me was kind and helpful. He ran the diagnostic test on my phone, and told me I needed a new battery. But then he told me they didn't have my phone battery in stock. He told me that if I wanted my battery replaced, they would have to keep my phone and order the battery from Samsung. He told me that would take days. I thanked him, and went and got my battery replaced at another store same day. I was very disappointed in Geek Squad."
