"We needed a new liner, and after checking into several options we were so happy to find Jim. He was so easy to work with, quick to respond to questions, and very patient as we changed our mind on the liner color a couple of times. We finally decided on Latham Stardust Grey and are SO happy with it. His installers who we fondly called, “the pool cowboys” were friendly, polite, and completed the job flawlessly. They were careful about details, making sure that each component turned out perfectly. We love the finished product and highly recommend!!"

"Jim put our pool in this year. It was completed ahead of scheduled. Jim had a rough year with some back issues, and now covid, but he has always promptly returned my calls. He has come out to our pool multiple times to help us be sure we understand the operating and chemical processes. He is personable and friendly. The guys he has working for him are very friendly and do a great job. They are hard workers and came and did small things whenever they could over the winter, so that we could be swimming this summer. His subcontractors for concrete and digging were great as well. We are very happy with our beautiful pool."

"This summer we had a new vinyl pool installed by Utah Vinyl Pools. They did an amazing job at figuring out the best placement for our pool in a very tight and difficult yard. The crew worked around many trees and obstacles to create our dream backyard. I was very nervous about this project given that we have such limited access, as well as pets. The crew always let us know before heading back so that the dogs wouldn't escape or get hurt and always locked everything up before leaving. Jim was also very responsive to any questions we had along the way. I couldn't be happier with the end result! Update 4/12/19: I have contacted Jim since our pool has been completed and he has been there to answer questions for us and walk us through anything that we needed. I have talked to two of my other friends that are having pools built by different companies this winter and both have had major issues as well as no communication with the companies they are using. Something we have not had to deal with. Jim has been very upfront and there for his customers. I am thankful for my choice in going to with Utah Vinyl Pools and would recommend Jim and his company to anyone looking to have a pool installed!"
