"Dear Business Owner, I wanted to share my recent experiences with your company, particularly regarding your lesson scheduling and cancellation policies. While I genuinely appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of your staff, I encountered difficulties with the rigidity of your business practices. My primary issue lies in the inconsistency between the ease of signing up for lessons and the stringent cancellation policy. I found it perplexing that I could register for a month's worth of lessons with merely a day's notice, yet needed to cancel any lessons 15 days (in the prior month) in advance to avoid penalties. This policy presented a dilemma when I realized I would be unavailable for one of the scheduled lessons well ahead of time but was still subject to a cancellation fee. I believe that the current structure may inadvertently encourage customers to cancel all their lessons before the upcoming month to maintain flexibility, which seems counterproductive for both your business and your customers. Although I don't claim to understand all the nuances of your business model, I feel that this approach may lead to potential lost business from customers deterred by such inflexibility. "We’ve been doing lessons with the swim academy for just a couple months and it has been amazing to see how much progress our kids have made. We have a 2 and 5 year old and the instructors were so great with them. Our 2 year old has boundless energy and I was very impressed with how they kept him focused. They have learned so much and I’m feeling so much relief about having them near the water on our upcoming trip. Highly recommend!"

"Wow! Highly recommend. Stop doing the never ending joint lessons with the larger kids swim schools. The swim academy is a private individualized service and I saw results immediately. Reasonable costs and individualized lessons are key! Kids will learn much quicker and be much stronger swimmers. I highly recommend the Swim Academy. Loved the available indoor and outdoor locations as well."

"After completing two months of summer swimming lessons for my 2.5 yr old, I can say that The Swim Academy delivered on all fronts! After being disappointed with the lack of personalization at Goldfish Swim School and the like, Brittany (management) took the time to listen to my preferences and answer my questions. She thoughtfully selected a teacher who would do well with my son’s personality and she was right on the money! Within two months, my son went from not even submerging his face to floating independently and swimming across the pool with very little assistance. After observing a few other teachers, I feel confident that The Swim Academy hires only the best and earnestly cares about the comfort and success of every swim student."
