"Kori has been awesome in maintaining my swim spa. I broke my leg in October and wasn’t even able to get down the deck stairs to maintain it let alone get in it. She is responsive when I text her and is very patient and friendly with my dogs! They love when she comes!"

"After dealing with them for 4 months, and being promised gift cards for “being patient” and being promised that someone would call us to resolve issues, none of those promises were kept. Our hot tub is in way worse condition now since they’ve had their hands on it. Their service techs left a motor mount screw sitting inside the access panel, stripped several screws, lost several screws, broke two cabinet panels, did a sloppy silicone job, and caused multiple leaks after not sealing everything up after taking parts out. It’s now January and freezing and we have a leaking hot tub and are being forced to sell our hot tub to a refurbish company."
