"I drove an hour and a half to go check out the store and try a new sleeping mat and the website said they were open but there was a paper on the door saying closed until Monday due to limited staffing. Call ahead before going to verify they are actually there. Super bummed."
"I bought three different sizes of the Everglow light tubes. Very flimsy, and two of the three didn't work. One wouldn't hold air, yes they're inflatable, and need an electrical power source. I consider them worthless and will throw them away. Called Klymit, and they referred me to the website to file a warranty claim. The website doesn't work for much of anything. I'm cutting my losses and ending the frustration by just trashing this junk!"

"My sleeping pad that I have had for a few years developed a slow leak that I couldn’t find. After talking to rep at Costco about it, she recommended I contact the company to do a warranty claim. It was super fast and easy. Within days I had a new sleeping pad. I’m very impressed with all the gear I own from Klymit and their customer service is excellent. Thank you guys for taking care of your customers!"
"The store was great. We liked being able to feel and lay on the different mats before buying. The staff was super helpful and tried to find us some good discounts. Because this is the factory store, they also have factory refurbished and bargain bin sections. Those products are at pretty good discounts and do not carry the lifetime warranty."
