"Horrible claims assistance. I was hit head on by their insured. I have been stranded now for 6 days. Have had to cancel Dr. Appointments. They can't seem to reach their insured. RIDICULOUS!!!"

"I was rear ended by one of their insured’s. They’re covering the daily rates for my rental while it’s in the shop, which is nice. (As expected, I wasn’t asked to be hit from the rear) however, since I’m under the age of 25 I’m having to pay $20/day for this rental car for an “underage driver” that they are advising isn’t something they are able to cover under the policy. What a j-o-k-e, it’s not my fault in ANY way I am in this scenario. It should not be something I have to pay for on my end. My adjuster advised he asked his manager if they could approve it, and they said no. Why should I be paying anything for an accident that was NOT my fault."

"My car was stolen and set afire Annette Adam's is impossible to get in touch it's been over a month and I have been going in circles with these people I paid my premiums faithfully but get poor assistance at least call me and keep me updated so no I can't say I'm satisfied with harbor."

"I was hit by one of their insured. It has been a month since the accident. The adjuster, Harper, is next to impossible to get ahold of and is providing every obstacle possible to stall the process of my claim that could have been handled in a much more timely fashion. The customer service is nonexistent except the nice receptionist lady. Horrible insurance, shady insurance, I pity anyone who has to deal with these people. If there are any legal entities that supervise, I will be sure to contact them as soon as I possibly can. Ridiculous."
