"Sad I was in this office last Thursday too restart my policy that your worker at the admiral location last month failed to tell me that my auto payment and discount was turned off because I called in early monthly to pay it. I called the day it was due and was told the payment would come off my card that Friday however it didn't because autopay a turned off the month before. So last Thursday I went to this location paid $253 for full coverage to only be told today I owe $69 from the prior company and I have no insurance until this is paid. Thanks for sucker punching me twice. I don't have that this should have been brought to my attention prior to me leaving your office and before you took my money.
