"I cannot express enough the good experience I had today at this office! The receptionist Liza was unbelievably helpful. I spent all weekend in severe tooth pain, and when I called her at opening Monday morning she answered all my questions and spent so much time talking to me. They had no openings for a few days, but she worked her magic and got me in same day. The office stayed late tonight to fix my pain, even though they knew it was going to be a long 2 hour appointment. When I went in the back, the assistant was so sweet and kind. I was very nervous and so exhausted from the pain, and she called my nerves and walked me through every process they would be doing. She was so thoughtful and made sure I was feeling comfortable before the procedure even started. Then Dr Starr came in and he was so patient. He took all the time needed to talk through things with me and was careful to not over promise the outcome. I knew this was a really hard tooth with a hard situation and he remained kind, calm and so professional. This was a long procedure and he made sure to constantly check in on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. When everything was done, they helped me create a follow up appointment and said they would be calling tomorrow morning to check in on me. I honestly cannot believe how unbelievably positive this entire experience was. This office is top notch and I’m so thankful with how they went above and beyond. Thank you so much!!!"

"My experience began with the receptionist. She answered many questions over several phone calls with clear explanations and options I could choose from. Dr. Starr has assistants who are his “wing men” and their interchange with each other are clear and respectful.They put you at ease with friendly conversation and professionalism. He took time to explain the process and what he did. Dr Starr has pride in his work and makes you feel happy when he expresses his satisfaction with the outcome of his work. His office has a quiet calming atmosphere. You can tell they like working with each other and that extends to everyone who comes for an appointment."
