"I have been in a dispute with Globe Life Insurance Company for two months. I have 4 policies and my payment for these policies were taken out of my account on December 3rd, 20021. They said that the payment was not paid due to insufficient funds. Bank statements have been faxed and emailed showing that they received the payment. I have been switched from one person to another. Each one tells the lie that they would look into the situation. Today I received a notice that my policies were inactive due to non-payment. I am tired and frustrated with this situation. I have had these policies since 2013. People need to be aware of the tricks these insurance companies play. They are already ripping you off. Now they want to just take your money. Well, I am going to fight them tooth and claw. No more paying anybody out of my account. I will be getting money orders. I am not sure if this would do any good because they are just refusing to acknowledge the truth. Which is they got paid for the month of December. BEWARE"

"BCBSOK (Blue Cross Blue Shield of OK) had a double payment for Feb 2017....I requested a refund, and for three weeks they said it was 'pending'. I contacted OID on 2/21; rec'd and email from OID on 2/22; rec'd a call for BCBSOK on 2/23; and the refund hit my account on 2/24. I was skeptical about the amount of assistance I would receive....I WAS WRONG! Donna was most helpful, and did in one day, what I couldn't do in 21 days. THANKS DONNA!"
