"If you have to deal with, Nicole, be prepared for snooty rude remarks. Every reply begins with a completely unnecessary “as stated in the previous”. If you’re that miserable in your job then find another career. No one wants to deal with a Karen."
"Called to complain about insurance companies calling all morning saying I went online for quotes. I have never done that. They aren't even using my correct name. Zero help. Why do we pay taxes when we can't get any information on what to do? These insurance companies are fraudulently calling and harassing me."
"I have considerable doubts about a particular Oklahoma Accident and Life Insurance company's practices and integrity. When I tried to find more information about them at the OK Insurance Department, I was very disappointed at the lack of information regarding consumer protection, complaint histories of specific companies, or similar data designed to protect Oklahoma citizens and tax pay- ers interests. I am a native Oklahoman, used to scandals in politics, and should have known not to expect much from the State Capital in terms of balanced governance of business practices."
"I have been in a dispute with Globe Life Insurance Company for two months. I have 4 policies and my payment for these policies were taken out of my account on December 3rd, 20021. They said that the payment was not paid due to insufficient funds. Bank statements have been faxed and emailed showing that they received the payment. I have been switched from one person to another. Each one tells the lie that they would look into the situation. Today I received a notice that my policies were inactive due to non-payment. I am tired and frustrated with this situation. I have had these policies since 2013. People need to be aware of the tricks these insurance companies play. They are already ripping you off. Now they want to just take your money. Well, I am going to fight them tooth and claw. No more paying anybody out of my account. I will be getting money orders. I am not sure if this would do any good because they are just refusing to acknowledge the truth. Which is they got paid for the month of December. BEWARE"
"BCBSOK (Blue Cross Blue Shield of OK) had a double payment for Feb 2017....I requested a refund, and for three weeks they said it was 'pending'. I contacted OID on 2/21; rec'd and email from OID on 2/22; rec'd a call for BCBSOK on 2/23; and the refund hit my account on 2/24. I was skeptical about the amount of assistance I would receive....I WAS WRONG! Donna was most helpful, and did in one day, what I couldn't do in 21 days. THANKS DONNA!"
