"Went in to buy a TV and sound system. After 30 mintues of waiting for an employee, no one came over to help. I walked across the store to ask for help, but no one came. The store was not busy and there was atleast a 3 to 1 employee to customer ratio. The gentleman at the front was rude, and seemed to be doing absolutely nothing, but couldnt be bothered to help us out. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere."
"I have been shopping with Best Buy for years. I have spent a lot of money as a multiple business owner. Today I go visit the Sherman location only to find empty shelves and scarce employees. When I go to the counter to check out, they’ve rerouted the check out which is fine, regular checkout, is now at where customer exchange in returns and tech-support is usually all in that one center hub. No employees to be found there when I walked up there to the counter anyways. So I asked the gentleman at the front door who says it’s over there in points of these balloons that are hanging up by the register. Still no employees at the desk so I walk up to the counter to be met with a sarcastically, rude gentleman whom I stated you’ve changed some things around make it a little bit confusing on where to check out! To which he stated “well that’s why we put up the yellow sign but I guess apparently no one seems to notice“! I said, yeah, I went to the old line and pointed behind me. He said rudely and sarcastic “ well, that’s why we put up the sign that says it’s closed on that one.” I said, yes sir I noticed that that’s why I asked the guy because there wasn’t an associate anywhere for me to ask any questions to; except for at the front door. I completed my purchase. And told him to him a good day! There are only a few things that really upset me and bad customer service is one of them. Sherman is growing maybe management should consider a better work environment so associates are happier or better equipped personalities!"
