"Hi. My name is Joslyn Pierson. I am.a current policy holder with Key Insurance. I called to ALL About Insurance today 7-17-2023 @ 9:29am and spoke with a representative of the company by the name of Natasha. I asked Natasha if I my drop one of the cars on my policy due to it being down. Natasha replied "Yes, will you be able to be here by 6:00pm to finish the paperwork?" I replied yes. @ 5:12 pm 7-17-2023 I ALL About Insurance to advise Natasha that I would be on my way. I arrive at ALL About Insurance @ 5:30pm. The door was locked and it looks as though no one was there. I called the company and no one answered. It is 5:51pm and still there is no one here. The office hours state Ipen Monday -Friday 8:00am-6:00pm The fact that I'd spoken with this young lady who asked me to come to this office by six is a major inconvenience not to forget, my insurance is due today. I am now, not able to make the necessary payment due to the to young lady not being where she asked me to be. This is unprofessional d has given me an idea to find a more professional Insurance Provider. Now that I am able. This is unexcetable."
