"Have no business with this company but am getting harassed by their employees. I'm in town for a legal matter and staying at my mother's house until it's settled. Someone I know staying there opened an account with them and rented a mattress that came with cigarette burns and we took photographs of it before it was moved in the home and was pointed out by an employee when it was picked up. He complained from day 1 to them. They denied acknowledging ANY damage and demanded payment. So he got in contact with a manager that promised a replacement with a new one and a free month for the inconvenience. Suddenly, a whole bunch of their employees keep showing up at the door when he's not here. Today, 2 guys showed up and his car is gone from the driveway. I tell them he's not here. They keep asking questions, when I don't know arrangements for anything and have already met with one of them from before. I tell them they'll have to talk to him. They say they've tried but he won't answer or "we" (i assume he means my family) keep giving them the run around. They say that a pickup was arranged and i said i had no idea what they were talking about. They ask if they can come inside and retrieve the merchandise, I say, "No, it's not my house." They tell me they can show me a text message where the pickup was arranged and keep insisting they be let in. I tell them no and close the door. They then keep ringing the doorbell. I inform them I will be calling the police if they don't leave. The black male responds, "Please do, it'll make my job easier." & a short Hispanic looking guy with glasses and a goatee responds, "Be sure to ask for Detective Jason." I call the police. They leave before the cops show up. This is a CIVIL MATTER that has nothing to do with me and I'm getting harassed by this company that I do not have ANY business with but am unfortunately staying in a place where someone else does. The man they gave the derelict mattress to is a senior Vietnam vet WITH cancer and dementia was promised a new one with a month free for the inconvenience but not only was a replacement not delivered, but they're demanding another $200+ before they will follow through with their "promise" when he made arrangements to pay the back pay on the first and acted like they agreed with the arrangement THE SAME DAY these clowns show up, which they also sent ANOTHER employee by this morning around 10. These morons showed up at 4-something. The next time he's not here and they do not leave the property after being told that he'snot there, i have been advised to call the police again or don't even open the door to them. There are people here who are not well and I'm stressed out with my own life as it is. He will be returning whatever he rented and going somewhere else that actually provides NEW merchandise for lease to own."
