"Great location right next to the Delta center. Walking distance to many corporate offices, WeWork. Rooms are nice, clean and big. Comfortable queen beds. Stingy with the body lotion. 1 thin tube for 4 days, with room service in between days but didn't replace the empty tube. Missing tissue box on the day of check-in. Lobby was comfortable to work in after being denied late checkout. I only had silver elite so not enough power to get it, Even though on Friday, most of the businessmen traveling checked out early. Avoid the rooms facing west, on the northwest end of the building (power transformers) and west (parking structure). Courtyards do not provide free breakfast."
"Nicely laid out rooms, with sofa that has a good light for reading, and a nice desk under the flat screen TV. While there were some devices with LEDs that were surprisingly bright (e.g. the power ports in the night stands), the blackout curtains worked well at blocking external light. The bed was fantastic - probably the most comfortable I've experienced in many years! The staff were very friendly, and the food at the bistro was actually pretty good - although pricey. I recommend the omelet."
"I’ve stayed here a few times for the convenience of being across the street from the Delta center. The convenience alone would keep me coming back on event days. But I’ve had the pleasure of Courtney at the front desk checking me in the last few times and she is a doll! She starts your experience here with a bubbly and bright welcome, always starting the experience on a great note! ( the other staff at the front desk are also so so great and willing to help and are very accommodating as well) rooms are always clean in tip top shape. Walking distance don’t everything is nice too. Parking is convenient and easy to navigate and everyone is alway friendly! 10/10"
"Not going to lie, I’ve had bad luck over the last couple of years with hotels. So it’s refreshing to come to this Courtyard in SLC and find the room clean and in good working order. The staff has been friendly and treat me more like a guest, and not just a person staying in the hotel. I’ve actually had to force myself to get out and see some of the city because the room has been so comfortable."
"Stayed two nights over New Year's Eve. Check-in and out was quick. First gripe, the TV was stuck in demo mode. It persistently displayed a banner over all four corners every few minutes for minutes a time (pictures.). Called the front desk, they sent maintenance, and they couldn't figure it out. An OEM or universal remote could have corrected it in a few presses. They said they would come back with they needed to fix it, but they never did. Watching TV and being able to stay focused was impossible with a blaring distraction that obscured important content. Second, the child had a diaper accident. A little urine leaked from her diaper onto the fitted sheet, but not through. Just needed a clean fitted sheet. After four calls, walking to the front desk once (they stopped answering the phones) and six hours later, I was provided a flat sheet. One-fourth of the day was wasted waiting for the wrong thing. Not wanting to waste any more time for the right sheet, we made it work. That evening's sleep wasn't as comfortable as it could have been. Third, The bistro/bar wasn't open the majority of the stay. Two days from about noon on the rest of the day there was a printed sheet a paper displayed that they are closed and will reopen at 5pm. They never did. Fourth, they charge extra for parking. The booking said $10/day, and the site said $10/day but was billed $20/day. Just a little bit of casual deception at the end."
