"Honestly I’d give no stars if I could. I ordered a café au lait and the “barista” had no idea what that was. So I described to her what I wanted and her response was “next time to make it easier just order a mocha.” I didn’t want a mocha but that’s what I got and it was disgusting and a waste of my money. I used to get great coffee and service at this Starbucks but the last few times it’s just been really subpar and I don’t think I need a coffee while I shop that bad anymore. Grounds for Coffee can have all of my money, not only do they know what they’re doing but they’re happy to make my coffee while doing it."
