"Total red flag.Minus 5 stars.Rude and unprofessional.Called in to inquire about cost of certain procedure.Had to ask the for name more than twice for the person who answered the phone.With reluctance she gave me, most likely a fake name.On their practice webpage there is no Destiny listed as as a staff member.On my question, about the specific procedure cost, she had no answer.She didn't know what I am talking about, I even provided ADA Codes.Put me on hold, then said:We don't do this procedure.Really? On the practice webpage it shows that they do.Then I asked for another procedure.She wasn't sure.Same thing.She clearly said: I don't have to put up with this!Have it recorded on my phone.Thereafter she put me on hold again.After 4-5 minutes she hang up. Ask yourself, Am I getting the right answers? Do you really want to go to a place like this and get swindled out of your money and deal with their terrible staff?"

"Great service. I walk over from my office, check in, and only have to wait for a few minutes. The hygienists have all been great so far and I've used 3 different ones just to see which I prefer. I don't feel like Dr. Ence tries to push extra procedures at all which was an issue at a previous office I went to in town. I highly recommend this office!"
