"We ordered a #4 and they gave us a #3. My sister said it was disgusting and it was drenched with mayonnaise and onions, which she doesn't like onions and it was too soggy. So she threw it away. We ordered a #4 with no lettuce and add cucumber. They gave us lettuce and they didn't add cucumber. My mom hates lettuce, so she threw her sandwich away because it was covered with lettuce and a ton of mayonnaise. The female employee seemed really ditzy. And the male employee was rude. Our receipt says our order taker was Mason."

"Flat out Awful. Bread was super hard on all our sandwiches , close to no filling , and missing ingredients. Such a bummer , first time at this location and never had issues at other locations . Ordered door dash or I would’ve returned it immediately."

"Delivery is more often a miss than a hit. I consistently wait 50+ minutes for my order to arrive and I live under 5 minutes away. I’ve never received my order “freaky fast” from this location. On top of the slow delivery, the sandwiches come poorly made compared to other locations. At this point I don’t even know why I bother."
