When we started reading through the contracts, the owner of the company Roy Garrett Riddels tried rushing us to sign and then raised his voice in a demanding tone which was alarming. He continued used car salesman like pressure tactics until he ultimately lost his temper and another customer called the police on him. Everyone in the building was in dismay and in shock.
