"Samual is a very unprofessional rude person. I called to ask about resizing a ring and if I would have to leave it or if I could make an appointment to get it done same day, and he said it is $40 to get it resized and $35 extra to rush it same day. He said they were about 2.5 weeks out which is fine, so I asked if I could make an appointment to drop it off so I wouldn’t have to pay the rush and they would have plenty of notice. Like being on a list without dropping it off but he said and I quote “I’m gonna say this one more time. If you don’t want to wait you have to pay, baby” he has an extremely rude and entitled attitude. Call Beverly’s in sapulpa. Resizing is only $25 and they do same day with no extra charge 1 day out of the week."
