"I love this pharmacy and all the staff are wonderful."
"Customer service at this location is 0/10. I come to this location monthly due to convenience and when I visited a couple of weeks ago it was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The girl checking me out was not helpful I told her I needed a medicine refill (not needing it the same day) and she said "we don't have it." I asked if they could order it and she proceeded to ask if I could take another medication instead, mind you she was not a pharmacist or a doctor. They said another location had the medicine I needed, but didn't call it ahead for me at location #2. I honestly dread getting my scripts filled here so I switched to another pharmacy."
"Why are they closed form 130-2??? Like seriously you guys have only been working for an hour and a half at that point. They don’t care at all about sick patients needing scripts."
"This pharmacy use to be great but not anymore. My family and I have trusted them for years. They have new staff. The pharmacist and staff are rude and could care less about customers. I get numerous texts and calls to pick up my scripts, then get there and am told they are not ready. Happens every time. They always say, call corporate if you don’t like it. Of course, no one answers the phone."
