Panda Express

"Very busy store. But the food is the best of any panda express I've been too. Bigger portions. Than any panda express. I highly recommend. And the store isn't in the valley Fair Mall. You need to drive south.. Google map,s suck."

"I'm not one to be easily offended by the average customer service rep. I understand they are basically telling me whatever their company wants them to say for the most part. Having said that, I had an absolutely terrible experience with this location's drive through. My fellow eater ordered their food first (a plate with white rice, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken), we were told they don't have teriyaki chicken. OK. Annoying, but hey, stuff happens. So they got double orange chicken. I ordered a large side of the same entrée, being told they don't have enough to make that order. I asked about a different entrée - nope. Can't order it. Finally, getting a little more annoyed at this point, I ask what they have. Kung pao chicken. That's my only option? I asked, incredulously. Bree (Brie? Bri? Idk spelling) said yes. I asked how long it would take to make more of my preferred entrée and was given a lecture about how I'm not the only customer and that the kitchen is too far backed up to wait for anything. I would swear the speaker was dripping with disdain with how rude she was. I was surprised because most panda locations will give you an estimate of how long it will take and let you wait but this time I was told that I couldn't even place my order. I would have understood if it was remotely close to closing or if they were short-staffed (which we asked about) and it turns out they were fully staffed AND! There was more than an hour and a half before closing. Anyway, we end up getting the few items they would allow us to order and the plate came with rice aplenty but only about 12 pieces of chicken, clearly scraped from the bottom of the wok. SUPER DISAPPOINTED with this experience and would STRONGLY recommend any of the other restaurants in the area around this mall as most of them have pretty excellent customer service in my experience. (especially by comparison)"

"Just had the worst Panda food ever. I was there at my pickup time and was told it would be 3 minutes for my Sesame Chicken. That was fine but little did i know my other food was already made and getting cold. 20 minutes later we get our food. When we got home our 3 entree of sesame Chicken . we noticed 2 of the servings were burnt black. They were darker than Beijing Beef. All of the Onions were black charcoal. The one we waited the 20 minutes for was great. This place needs a manager real bad. It should have all been dished at the same time."

"First time at this location. Plenty of food options. Plentiful indoor seating. This location has a drive-thru. Though not the best service experience here. Ordering food felt a bit hurried. Left the restaurant and then noticed that I wasn't provided utensils or napkins. Went back and noticed a self serve tray with the items I needed."

"I asked for a bigger plate with bigger plate portions. This is a bigger plate with big plate portions. Had I known I was paying for the plate I would have gotten a smaller one, on top of my bigger plate small portioned dinner, I was charged an extra $1.25 for honey walnut shrimp? Yoooooo on the bright side, the food was good, just work on your portion sizes"
