"Great Service. I disagree with the comments on women because I'm a woman/team mom and worked with him. This company was awesome to our HS girls soccer team. I am a Team Mom and Parent Booster, ordering 40 sideline jackets for our cold weather. He was responsive and got the logo on the jacket and sent a quote all in one day. He was great. Bottom line, we needed his product. That's all that matters, I did not have the same experience as a couple reviews. I recommend him over BSN.com sports for the price of sideline jackets."

"I was searching today for the company website and was really surprised when I came across a couple of negative reviews. My experience was two years ago now (Fall 2018) so I can't necessarily speak to current conditions in the company but I had a wonderful experience dealing with Rick. We had decided to order 22 capes for our end of season gifts to our 7th grade football team with plenty of time to spare when we suddenly found out our game the following week would be threatened by temperatures in the teens with sleet. Rick immediately went into high gear, trying his best to get those capes to us weeks earlier than planned to protect our boys from the elements. He wasn't able to get them to us in time because he was waiting on a supply shipment in order to finish out the order but I truly feel that he did everything within his power. I am a woman and felt he was incredibly respectful but maybe that's because I grew up in the South and it goes both ways, right? The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was a slight breakdown in communication for a couple of days when we were trying to figure out if they would make it in time. I would rather have disappointing news in a timely manner than silence. Product was top-notch and he even included an extra cape at no charge that our team videographer has really appreciated over the last couple of years! The bags he included are wonderful too. "We had the worst experience with this company. And Rick is the rudest most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with. We ordered a couple of his jackets which didn’t work out for us. When we called him to tell him we were returning he said he would refund our money but would have to send a check. So we returned the merchandise and so far haven’t seen our refund. Rick deliberately avoided our calls texts and emails. After sending a message to his company website he finally replied with a very rude email and then he called and had the nerve to tell me he didn’t trust me and wasn’t going to refund my money that I would have to take it up with my credit card company. He’s a real jerk. I would not recommend doing business with this company. If you do you better hope you don’t have to return anything because you will NOT get your money back."

"Rick Blackburn has the absolute worst attitude toward women and is completely rude. After inquiring about bags for a team and I received a rude response from him. I explained I was just inquiring and he did not need to be so rude and his exact words are "why not to deal with women parent boosters" sad sad man."
