"I bought a Xbox from their the guy who sold it to me name was Lucas said I had 14 days durning those 14 days if I had problems I can get refunded so I take it back and they said they don’t have a refund policy dude straight up lied I do not recommend this place I will be up their to record while I’m talking to a manager they didn’t show proof of their policies when I asked"

"So I've been a customer of this place for years (multiple cellphones and laptops) recently dropped my kid nintendo switch to get it fixed and was told it would take a couple of days,soo after 2 weeks of calling every single day and being told "it has been worked on, it might be ready tomorrow " received a call and got told that aparently it is not fixable, picked it up and had to pay $32.50 to get back the still broken game and now missing parts. Just lost a customer.... UPDATE: THE COMPANY CONTACTED US AND MADE THE SITUATION RIGHT. BIG THANKS TO LINDSEY FOR ALL OF HER HELP! Will definitely keep coming to this store..."

"Cody helped me find a MacBook and even did the update to the most recent OS. Great service (he also wiped down the screen for me) and they have a good selection. Prices very reasonable especially with the warranty (free). I bought my last one at mac of all trades, but I think I got a better deal here and I’m supporting a local business too."
