"Absolutely awful store. I came in at night for over 2 years, and out of the few cashiers I saw, there was never more then 1 at night. In an area like this, it should definitely have 2. The employee at night always looks stressed, and not to mention I came there every night for 2 weeks, and every night it was the SAME employee!! That can NOT be safe. When I asked him about it, he just dismissed me. I’ve heard other horror stories, and it seems like the manager is never there, I’ve seen her a handful of times over 2 years. On multiple occasions I saw a young lady at the counter being a manager, but her tag said Sales Associate. Why are the employees running the store instead of the manager??? And the customer service during the day is awful, the manager has gotten on to employees in front of me for not greeting customers, but she doesn’t do it herself, she’s denied phone calls right in front of me, and is constantly on her phone. Really hope something is done, as I will NOT be returning to any location until this issue is resolved."

"Customer service is great. very clean. Employees always greet me when i walk in and it makes me feel welcomed. i live in the neighborhood near by so it’s always nice to see familiar and friendly faces."

"Lauren, the staff manager is very rude. I have been paying anywhere from 75 cents to 97 cents for my coffee refills, ever since Christmas of 2022.. Sometimes the staff will even give me a coffee for free, because if we have a good relationship and I do come to 711 every single morning and they like me.. I'm loyal to 711. But this morning Lauren wanted to charge me a %1.50 for a refilled coffee. Told me they charge a 1.50 for refill coffee thats 16 oz... for a water bottle sized cup of coffee, on a refill.. Something is wrong with her. I don't understand why she would try to treat me different, and then change the price on me, but I definitely felt like I was being treated different this morning at that 711. I normally go to the 711 on Bryant, awesome group of people, but this morning I stopped at her store and she wasn't having a very good morning. Apparently took it out on me. Wanted to argue with me about it. She was almost laughing about it too.. some straight up weird energy. .. Rubbed me the wrong way, I'm usually a very positive person at the very beginning of the morning, I do have 5 businesses to run, so positivity goes far in my world first thing in the am.... figured i'd share my experience on here. Lauren is definitely not somebody I would hire, if she's going to be working around my customers."

"This place seriously needs more people working there. This is the worst 7-11 location I’ve ever been to. Gas pumps don’t work, the cash register doesn’t work, the employees look extremely stressed all of the time. One employee didn’t have a chance to properly open the store and had to take 5 minutes away while I waited. I’m not upset at the employees, but this location is horrible with its fault machinery, constant AC breakage, and there’s usually no coffee. Please hire more employees and remodel, I feel so bad for the people who have to work in that horrible location."

"It’s okay. Place is very clean, employees are friendly and quick. Gas is reasonable. However over the past year or so something has changed at this location. Significantly higher prices (not inflation), no significant deals, no 12 oz cans of soda? Lottery sales. Looks like paid air for your tires? Not advertising all pricing for single energy drinks, just the 2 for 1 pricing. Selling red bull large cans for like $5 or so? Late game Circle K vibes. Not feeling it for me. I stopped going because of the lack of deals that I Iike."
