"I work nights. I come here all the time, and it's closed a lot at random times. I've been told "We're closed between 3 and 4". OK, fine. Then why are you closed at 2 AM? How come some nights, you're closed still at 4:30 AM? I've been up here at 3:30 AM, and still open. You guys need consistency. For the longest time, this store used to be so dirty and never stocked. Lately, the store has been much cleaner and shelves stocked, but these inconsistent closures need to stop."

"Went to two different locations with this location being the first at 2:30AM. There was a hand written sign on the door that said closed until 4AM. Went to the second location shortly after and also had a hand written “closed” sign. Sat at the second location for about 10 minutes before calling corporate to ask if this was a thing and was told no. Corporate gives me 2 other locations nearby numbers to call to see if they were open before driving all the way to them and the first store I called I asked “are you all opened? I’ve been to 2 different locations and they’re both closed” he replies “no ma’am we close from 3-4 for a system shut down.” Why were both stores (this one FOR SURE) closed 30 minutes earlier than they should have for this “system shut down”??.. I just needed to use the ATM… if this is a state thing hours of operation on the website and doors needs to be updated!"
