"Do not go to EZ mart convenient in OKC store. They will charge your CC and never turn the gas pump on and refuse to give your money back for 2 to 3 days. And the district manager William could have cared less."

"Would be 5 stars if not for Lee, the only employee there I have issue with. He is pushy, making you pay in ways so he doesn't have to count change back, makes crude and often vulgar jokes (and when hes not joking, hes got an attitude, like you're inconveniencing him being there), and just this last time refused another customers denial of the rewards card, using it anyway and trying to make him take it. No means no, dude. To be nice about it, his customer service skills are subpar. On the better side, when that employee isn't there, I'm greeted warmly, and the customer service is wonderful. Its on my way to work so its convenient, and well lit so I don't feel unsafe at odd hours."

"Don't bother stopping here. Drive to the 711 a mile north or south of this location. At least they know how to show a little respect. Every time I go here the "manager" always has an attitude like she doesn't want to be there...same with my husband. She is always slow and will go even slower if you are in a hurry. She doesn't care about anyone else and she is just so rude every time I've seen her. The clerk isn't much better...my husband came in to buy some cigs for me but had an expired license (by two whole weeks) so she wouldn't sell them to him. When I came in and stood behind the customer in front of me she was talking about my husband to the other customer then lectured me about his license being expired. She still wouldnt sell them to me even though I had a valid license and clearly of age and my husband is clearly of age as well (we are both 32 years old) because we were in the same car. Oh and both of them have sold us cigarettes SEVERAL times before. I worked at a gas station for several years and made it a point to get to know my customers...apparently this store doesn't want to get to know you though. You are just another customer. I'll take the extra minute it takes to go to a different gas station from now on. Neither of them are worth the stress....they charge WAY too much anyway."
