"Broken pumps (all of them) Unable to use ALL card readers. Employees laughed at me when I asked about the status of the pumps. 1st register was closed when I opened the door. Seemed like it was going out of business."

"I tried 3 pumps and neither of them accepted my card, which has worked elsewhere no problems. Then after going inside to pay for gas, with my card, I come out to pump and it's taking over a minute for every single gallon to pump. 15-20 minute stop just for $10 in gas. I know a lot of 711's are becoming run-down nowadays but this is completely ridiculous. I mean c'mon! I expected this stop to take less than 5 minutes smh."
