"I used bottle rover to order a few things the other day from here. I’ve used it 10+ times no issues. This time I got a completely different order that was significantly less expensive than what I paid for. I immediately called and was told they would send the driver back with my order. The driver never came and I didn’t get a refund either so that was great. I’ll leave two stars because there’s only been one or two hiccups before and they made it right but since I didn’t receive my order and they didn’t attempt to make it right this time I won’t order again. Update- they ended up making it right and actually remembered the screw up so five stars for that"
