"To back up the other review from 3 weeks ago yes this employee is Hella rude and unprofessional. Went in to get money orders as usual and she got a attitude saying "we don't do those." I'm like, since when I come here all the time. She then says with an eye roll and deep breath "the machines are down." Well that isn't the same is it? Yes she always got a snappy attitude so I can believe she was racist to the other person that left a review on here. I can't stand ppl that work customer service that clearly don't like ppl. Like girl go deliver mail."

"The kid that was working by himself on 1/26/24... last night did a great job smiling and had a line a mile long! To his manager, maybe schedule a backup so he's not working alone on a busy Friday night. He hung in there! Great customer service, especially for his circumstances"

"I use mobile coupons at this location 2-3 times per week. Have been for the last 5 years. Tonight I was told by an employee that never works this location, that they don't take them. When I told her; yes you do. I do it 2-3 times per week, she called me crazy and then mouthed off a racial comment. The other customers heard it and had a shocked look on their faces. This employee needs to be fired before it happens again! I took a photo of the employee, but missed the name tag..This is not the usual at this store. I usually have no problems, this employee needs to be dealt with! It would be nice if someone from 7-11 corporate contacted me!"

"Went in today to turn in a winning lotto ticket person behind the counter, took it through my money back at me, let me rephrase that put my money back in my hand without counting it out I said, where is the other ticket he said what are the ticket? I said when you were leaving to go over there to check to see if it was a winner. I said I want another one just like it no you didn’t. He said he was rude. I don’t think I’ll ever be back into any 7-Eleven."

"This is my 7-11 of choice. It could use a bit of updating, as the screens on the gas pumps can be hard to read, especially on a sunny day. All the same, it's still my fav."
