"Definitely a great cocktail bar when stopping by in Salt Lake City. Centric and accessible so it was a must for me during a night layover. After reading all the fun comments about this place I immediately rushed there as soon as they opened at 18:00. As a flight attendant, we must take full advantage of our time when visiting cities and often we get to do this things on our own if not accompanied by anyone else from our crew, but going there was the opposite of fun. Music was down, bartender were not chatty and even if going in early, I had a purpose… of enjoying all the things people talked about and have a great cocktail. I started with a gin based cocktail called Moon River. It was great. Well balanced and refreshing (picture #2) Followed by a bar creation under the directions of Roulette as it seemed as the most mysterious item on their menu (picture #1) which was also gin based and had a spectacular flavor that brought memories of eating red grapefruit in the Caribbean. Overall, a good experience with the cocktails, a not so good on the ambiance. Wouldn’t mind going back for a cocktail if I spend the night in the city again."
