"Dr Cullen has many lawsuits filed against him and he is incompetent. They did a complete upper mouth extraction and then glued my tops over my extractions and stiches! I was unable to remove them post op. We called and they quite literally refused to help. I spent the night in the ER & then called again in the AM & they still did not offer any help. In fact the lady upfront had the nerve to tell my husband I should not have pulled my stiches out when in fact I had to have another dentist remove the tops and replace stiches due to his incompetence. The dentist who removed them filed a complaint with the Board of dentistry and so did myself an husband. I recorded every single call. 3 hrs post op I was so swollen the tops couldn’t be removed. I was filling up 8 /8oz cups in an hour the first few hours and when my husband called they had the nerve to ask him if he saw this or I just said this implying that I am lying. I have an auto immune disease and am anemic. Dr Cullen was aware and at my consult told me I would have more difficulty than others. I have sent all recorded calls to the board an my attorney as well as soonercare. This surgeon needs to have his soonercare license revoked period! Go anywhere else!"

"If you want to feel like you’re having your dental surgery done at a prison Or Social Security office, this is the place for you, you get to talk to people through a glass window and go through a metal Detector. We left and didn’t have any services done here. Definitely doesn’t provide a calming relaxing environment before having something scary done."

"Had my wisdom teeth removed, overall very wonderful experience I had really bad anxiety before the procedure and the anesthesiologist asst and nurse were absolutely wonderful and helpful, I have called many times with concerns and each time they’ve been so kind! Recommend!!!"

"This place deserves zero stars. The oral surgeon was the most rude person I have ever dealt with in my entire life. He degraded me made me feel very small basically made fun of me told me I was an idiot told me I had been playing head games with my doctors before. I have no idea this place is still in business. Please go anywhere else but here. If you already have anxiety, I guarantee you 100% you will leave crying. My first clue not to go here should’ve been security at his front door. And just read all the signs when you get in there, red flag, red flag red flag! Trust Me don’t go here."
