"Purchased an item from this shop on eBay… never received the item, asked for refund… He then stated he found it under his car seat and would ship it.. week later it doesn’t arrive, eBay send me refund. I leave negative feedback because well it was a bad experience for me. Instead of apologizing the guy then berates me for the negative feedback and places all the blame on me for not receiving the merchandise… horrible customer experience and he sure is “tough” over the internet!"
