He called me the day after our regularly scheduled 6 month checkup to let me know he'd been looking more into her x-rays and wanted to take more preventative steps with her to prevent some future complications, and HE was the one who brought up the cost and insurance before I ever even had to ask! In my eyes, that's a very rare quality, as I've had to pry that information out of other doctors before! He understands that this is a concern for most families and takes a proactive approach to finding a financial solution that works for you. He obviously spent time after we left to fully investigate the changes going on with her forming teeth, and went out of his way to personally call me to discuss our options and fully explain the reasons behind why he thought it was the best route. He always takes the time to explain what we are seeing on her images, and makes sure we understand what each of the next steps in her treatment plan will look like before we move on. His entire office staff has always been extremely kind and friendly, and we've never had to wait for an extended time in the lobby before being seen. My daughter has never been afraid to go in for her dental work! That's really a testament to his calm demeanor, too, because my daughter is kind of dramatic when it comes to any kind of painful or scary procedure! She actually looks forward to getting braces! I highly recommend Dr. Raney!"
