"This company canceled our insurance after sending a single email under the name of “Indy” (which is our dogs name) and since it was over a 30 day lapse we were told we had to completely restart and wait 6months to a year before any dental work could be done. Not only that but the individual I spoke to on the phone acted as if I was the problem for not catching it sooner. This individual was extremely rude, and offered NO solutions for the issue, not even how to really sign back up if we had wanted to. This company is sneaky, and we won’t be using them again."
