"Frist, I've been told for years by my dentists and hygienists that they wish everyone kept their teeth as clean as I do. I went in to this place for a cleaning and to have one tooth checked. The hygienist hardly cleaned my teeth. Worse cleaning I've ever had every time I saw her. She went and changed the radio station so she could sing in my ear while working. The dentist started clicking off all the teeth he wanted to re-crown and said it would be over $8,000 (they knew I had 2 dental policies) & when I balked on that, he decided he could put composites on a couple instead. He told the assist to get me the prices for that and just walked out. He didn't even check the tooth I was concerned about. Turned out that tooth had decay and broke when I ate a nut one day. That was only the beginning of all the nightmares I went through with this place, including overcharging me on a crown after the manager told me I would get it at insurance prices. She didn't realize I always check my insurance charges and payments and they had overcharged me over $600. I notified Delta Dental about it and they made this place reimburse me. Every time I went into this place felt like a disaster they made a mess of my mouth in so many ways. There's more but I won't go into it all. Worst dental experience I've ever had. I had a great dentist in OKC for years and wish I could transport him here. One more thing: If I want a sermon, I will go to church. I don't need it from the dentist. I'm going to a new dentist now and the hygienists are exceptional and the dentists haven't once told me I must get a crown."
