"Wish I could give them no stars! Awful service and the office manger Amanda is awful! They NEVER return calls, can’t file insurance claims properly, then charges you for all these things outside of what you paid for. We did switch dental Insurance during the course do treatment, however I did the same with my oldest at a different office for braces and they NEVER had any issues. Paid for our portion up front, they took my daughter braces off too early, and then never called when her 3rd permant retainer fell off. Then they try to tell me we still owe them around $3,000 on top of the $1500 or $2000 that we paid up front! Like others when when questioned she threatens you with collections or legal actions of some sort. DO NOT USE THEM for orthodontist or normal dentist stuff, they are awful to work and the quality of work is lacking. It’s almost as if they set you up for it to have to be repeatedly be fixed so they can make more money and the office environment is horrible as well. They say we owe all this extra but WON’T provide us the documents and proof of insurance claims Sadly after the $5,0000 plus we are having to pay them in order to keep them from taking “legal” actions as Amanda so kindly tell threatened in a voice mail, we will have to have a 2nd set of braces put on my daughter. Save your self time, money, and aggravation, go somewhere else for all of your dental needs! *****Edited to add the nice message she sent from her personal Facebook to me after these reviews. "Avoid Region Dental!!! Horrible customer service and will insult you if you ask too many questions or the wrong questions. Region Dental should be avoided at all costs. Had the worst customer service experience with Region Dental today. Scheduled an appointment for a replacement upper retainer for my daughter and was quoted a $75 price. Attempted to make arrangements to prepay the fee and was then notified the dentist is required to inspect both upper and lower retainers for a fee of $75 each. Don't know how they would do that since my daughter wasn't instructed to bring the retainers. Was told by Amanda that it is Oklahoma law. Informed the office manager, Amanda that we only needed the upper but she aggressively pushed the upper and lower replacement. She got really snippy and turned into a passive aggressive Karen. I was polite, low-key (never raised my voice), and courteous and questioned this new information (which appeared to be a bait and switch). Never raised my voice. I was extremely respectful. Amanda then calls me rude. Got the impression Amanda is not used to being questioned because she went from zero to angry really quickly. Maybe I misunderstood her and was an idiot. Or maybe this is just their way to jack up their fees. Either way, really unprofessional Region Dental and really disappointed in your lack of customer service and outright hostile behavior. If I want to be insulted, I'll call my ex-wife. Moral of the story? Avoid Region Dental. You don't deserve to be insulted because you question them. Anyhow, any suggestions for local dentists in Glenpool?"

"I love the fact they know about me showing care for a person. Every visit while there I know what is going to happen, it's explained and the few times I've needed more work they always made it comfort removing those dental fears. Each of his staff really make it a comfortable visit and always have humor. I ignored dental work a long time, I feel caught up now. I wish my grandkids used him so they would not mind going to a dentist. They would but live 100's of miles away. They ask talk but don't apply pressure for services."

"After an adult orthodontic consult with Dr Noah, I knew I was in the right place. The care you receive from the moment you walk in the door is top notch. The staff is amazing!! Dr Noah is very attentive and thorough with his patients. I never feel rushed and he always takes time to answer questions. My husband and kids have now started going there as well."

"My whole family uses Dr.Noah. We love his practice and all his staff, never have had any issues. Always able to accommodate for appointments. We love that they are open late on Tuesday's. Never have I ever felt pressured into a procedure that I didn't feel comfortable with. I love that Dr.Noah is able to perform the procedures himself instead of me having to go somewhere else. Highly recommended!"
