"The woman who work at the Oklahoma Board of Dentistry office are extremely rude and unprofessional."
"first, the staff is incredibly rude they need to be taugh to correct their attitudes and if you don't like what you do to the point you're rude to the people you work for then find somewhere else. next, Last year for my license renewal I had changed the Address and included the apartment number and I even saw the correct address and apartment number on my account information, when I called they said "their is no apartment number" when in fact there was one. the lady had a horrible attitude. lastly I have had the same problems year after year for 3+ years with these license renewals. they need to fix there system or atleast be more courteous it wouldn't hurt them to have an attitude change."
"Crazy how they tell you to email them for help but they ignore you. If they actually respond to your email you get no answers. You call them and they basically treat you like an inconvenience for needing help. I end up feeling even more frustrated after speaking to the ladies than I did before. Not only do I feel even more confused but also upset."
"Stephanie is very rude. She’ll interrupt you and talk over you. I’ve called multiple times and she has given me wrong phone numbers that I’ve called back and gotten corrected by another team member. I’ve been told incorrect instructions and had to call again and have the information corrected. To have been told by someone that she has been promoted is telling that the board has changed from something to help and uplift the dental community has become another inefficient government system."
"My rating is Internet website only. Two stars AT BEST. Not user friendly; in that, it's basically a one-page "let's get our online webpage minimally published before the boss finds out it hasn't been done yet." The page contains a couple of links to pdf/excel spreadsheets & contact information (and the cost) if you want to find out anything else. Pretty sad...but hey, I get it. When it comes to gov't staffing assignments you don't get what you don't pay for as it relates to website design & publishing. "Hey, I saw Eugene from the mailroom get on the Internet the other day. Let's get him to do our website." Lol. It's sad but that's how government employment works."
