"It's been a few years since I had braces but Dr. Dunnington was awesome! She was always attentive and super friendly. Her staff was amazing as well. My kids will need braces soon and I hope they will be under her care. I look forward to seeing her again."
"This has been a horrible experience.Dr.Dunninton was not only rude durning appoints to me but, my mother and 14 YEAR OLD SON. I have One son that already went through braces with an amazing orthodontist in the Gaillardia complex. I took my son to Dr. Cody Dunnington. He had several brackets broken off and they want to charge $25.00 per bracket. (My older son never had ONE broken) The contracts are a complete joke READ OVER AND make sure to read carefully! Obviously, I didn't It's a scam. Last appointment I scheduled they asked if I could bring a payment in.(I HAD ALREADY PAID HALF) I told them yes, and the amount I would bring the receptionist said ok great and next thing I know I was called at the day of appointment and told if the remaining full amount wasn't paid that they would take the BRACES OFF at time of appointment. (AGAIN:Dr. Dunninton was not only rude durning appoints to me but, my mother and 14 year old son.) I relayed that I would pay the full amount. When called with half the payment (it was received and processed through) when I told them I would bring the remainder amount in at time of appointment that the treatment had been an absolute horrible experience and that "no one was to be rude to my son in that office again" and I that I would be filing a complant with the BBB. I was then called back by the office manager stating Dr. Dunnington was terminating our care due to my complaint. We would need to go else where for further treatment. I've never had a professional act so unprofessional."
