"This used to be a 5 star dental office back when Dr. Clark still ran things. Dentist Brooke R. Snowden and her secretary are so rude! The dentist was making a mouth guard for me and it didn't fit. I had to ask her to make an adjustment twice and the second time she became really condescending and rude. I was very uncomfortable. Most recently I made another appointment for a simple cleaning and I had to cancel the appointment for an emergency at my kids school. The secretary scolded me and then sent me a bill! They charged me for cancelling! I'm never going back. I recently went to "104th Family Dental" and had a great experience. They gave me a $100 off coupon on my first visit. Everyone there was so friendly. They also have a much better facility and some really impressive advanced equipment for x-rays and cleaning. Come check out the 21st century!"
