"We bought Black Friday discounted tickets as a Christmas presents for some family. It wasn’t clearly listed when we purchased them that they were only valid on weekdays, which limited our availability significantly. Upon finally picking a day and having checked the flowrider availability and assuming that meant the whole venue was available, we decided on a day, had people travel, and got there to find out the whole place was closed for a private event. Even after calling ahead and checking. How late can people schedule private events? Is it last minute? What are the requirements? Guys, we gotta clean this up."

"We took advantage of the black Friday deal in November. We redeemed our tickets this week, and the kids loved it! They all said that they would like to return, and we will. A few helpful hints with laser tag: walk up the stairs and along the bowling alley lanes. The line to wait is at the far door in the back. If nobody is there to let you in, stay put. Just watch the time on the screen. Once the time is up, someone will come to let you into the arena. The arena can accommodate a large group (maybe 20?) at a time, so even if the line seems long, it will go fast."

"Service is 5 stars, the issue is that there is not enough reliably functional games in the arcade area. Spent 10 bucks on the Basketball game, but it didn't start as it usually would, the good news is that someone helped me out with the issue until it was fixed, but I still never got the rounds to play, or my money back, I also think it would be a lot more appealing to put some more machines in there, it just feels kind of empty... I'm sure on weekends/holidays it's a lot more fun, but the vibe there on weekdays is a bit dead to be honest. Still, the games are fun, and so are the staff. Just needs some more appeal to the environment."

"Such a fun place. Flowrider, arcade, laser tag, carousel, bowling, kids playground, croquet, ropes course, old fashioned ice cream shop. Only thing we experienced down was there were multiple arcade games took our money but didn't work."

"We had my sons birthday party here. The party room left more to be desired, not decorated at all, but the pizza that came with it was tasty. The Arcade is AWESOME! It is fun for all ages. The ticket redeeming station is pretty sad. The bowling is fun, we all enjoyed it. The Lazer tag was FABULOUS! We absolutely loved it. All in all, we will for sure be doing more parties here."
