"Dr. Carlson, was great, he explained everything and answered all our questions. The reason for the 1 star is due to his front office staff. They are completely incompetent! Made a $2k error, double billed, and submitted the claim under the wrong person. It took me more time to fix their error then the entire procedure and all appointments took. Wish he would let them all go and hire people who know what they are doing."
